Official rental conditions for Prime Elite Rentals fleet services.
1. Nature of Inquiries and Offers
Submitting an inquiry through this platform does not constitute a guaranteed reservation or booking. An agreement is considered preliminary until a formal quotation offer is issued by our team, accepted by the client, and verified by an authorized administrator.
2. Chauffeur-Driven Rentals
Chauffeur services include an executive chauffeur dedicated to the vehicle for the requested rental duration. Daily mileage allowances and chauffeur standby hours are specified in each formal offer. Additional hours or itinerary changes are accommodated upon request.
3. Self-Drive Requirements
For clients selecting self-drive options on eligible vehicles, the following documents are required:
Tanzanian Citizens
- Your NIDA national ID
- Your valid driving licence
- If employed: your work ID. If self-employed: your business licence
Foreign Nationals
- Your International Driving Permit
- The NIDA ID and driving licence of your Tanzanian guarantor
- Your guarantor's place of work (office)
- Your home address

4. Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
All vehicles carry comprehensive automotive insurance covering collision and third-party liabilities subject to policy deductibles outlined in the finalized rental agreement.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Notice of itinerary cancellation or rescheduling should be communicated to our team at least 48 hours prior to scheduled vehicle delivery.
